Areas of consulting
- Program design — selecting cognitive paradigms, MR acquisition parameters, and analysis workflows appropriate to your patient population and institutional context
- Program establishment — supporting new programs from initial planning through first clinical cases, including staff roles, reporting, and billing workflows
- Refinement — reviewing and improving existing programs: task selection, analysis pipelines, quality assurance, and reporting standards
- Auditing — independent review of an existing program against current clinical guidelines and evidence-based standards
Engagement options
Consulting is available on a one-off basis — a single review, report, or planning session — or as an ongoing arrangement across a program’s development. Most work is conducted remotely, but site visits are available where helpful, for example during initial setup, staff training, or hands-on protocol review.
